COVID-19 POLICY & PROCEDURES

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care in a safe and healthy environment. In order to maintain the health and safety of our patients and team, please read through the following measures, outlined below, that we are taking in our offices for all appointments.

Thank you for understanding and adhering to these enhanced health and safety protocols. We are taking extreme measures to ensure both your safety and the safety of our team. You may notice some different things when you enter the office.

  • Our team will have protective masks and shields, our front desk will be in masks, and we have a plexiglass barrier at the front desk.
  • We have purchased air purifiers that have HEPA filters and UV-C sanitizers for each operatory (UVC kills COVID!) and we will be cleaning all surfaces often.
  • There are touch-free sanitizing stations and our waiting room will no longer have magazines, pens, or toys. Our team will also have their temperature checked daily before work.

We kindly request that you call to reschedule your appointment if:

1. You are experiencing any of the following symptoms: respiratory symptoms (runny nose or congestion), fever, cough, sore throat, body aches or shortness of breath. Also, please make us aware if you have had contact with anyone who is/has been ill with any of these symptoms.

2. If within the past two weeks, you or someone you have been in contact with, have recently traveled from a CDC designated high-risk area, been on a cruise, or have come in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.

We are doing everything we can to protect you and your family, as well as our team and their families. As always, our team will continue to follow the level of universal infection control precautions per OSHA and CDC guidelines. It is our priority that our practice remains a very safe space to continue to administer dental care. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the above Covid-19 policy information.
